| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL-Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 2/5/16 DETAILS: I called the operator to let him know about the repeat total coliform detect. I let him know that a total coliform public notice will be needed within 30 days. I emailed him the public notice template for total coliform & asked for a completed copy of the notice. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in March. He said he would have the system disinfected. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of notice & follow up as needed. | ||
