| Details: | SUMMARY: tracer study plans DETAILS: Steve says the circuit rider was out there on March 23rd. They plan to run the tracer study at two levels of flow - one during high use season at high flow, and the second at low flow. That should make it easier for Garden Valley to meet CT during their low flow season - when the water has a longer standing time (chlorine dissipates before use) and the water temperature is lower.
