Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System operator emailed me a copy of the Operations & Maintenance manual as well as the completed emergency response plan. I will send an erp verification form to the operator. This resolves all significant deficiencies from the 9-11-15 survey. ACTION NEEDED: Mail erp verification form to operator.
