| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/31/15 DETAILS: I spoke with Fred Bolton, PE, about the positive total coliform sample. He indicated that the UV light had failed & was being repaired. He said that the repair company had been out & is trying to locate replacement parts for the unit. I let him know to have a source sample taken at the well head & 4 repeat samples taken in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor & follow up as needed. | ||
