| Details: | SUMMARY: call re: mailing from DWS, updated info DETAILS: Returned a call, spoke to Montys wife. They had received the Pipeline newsletter and a letter about increased fees, and didnt understand why since they all drink bottled water there. I reviewed their numbers and explained they are still a public water system in our database, but those mailings do not have any real consequence for them as a small, state-regulated system. They will not be charged survey fees. ACTION NEEDED: Update database with new phone number and population. | ||
