| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Distribution Sample TC+ & E-coli + DETAILS: Alert ID: COLI15329 and 15330The lab reported test results for the repeat samples in two separate faxes. Carol in compliance had to enter them as two separate alert IDs. I spoke to Gary Watts with Alpine Pump who tests and services the system. I explained the new RTCR. Gary was informed to issue a BWN. I provided Gary with the Level 1 investigation tool, the BWN FAQ and the BWN notice template. They were instructed to try to find the root cause of the issue before shock chlorinating. They were instructed to take two routine distribution samples after shock chlorination, but to insure the chlorine had returned to a normal operating level before doing so. If results come back clean then the BWN could be lifted. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for remediation steps and routine sample results. | ||
