| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Question DETAILS: Gary Lillie called for feedback on materials intended to submit for plan review for possible new well (fee amount, zoning compliance letter, site plan details, proposed well site and narrative). I asked him to call 971-673-0405 to determine if more material would be necessary. Gary reviewed three notions we had discussed last week that would be in the narrative:1. drill new well with proper construction standards >100 separation from pasture or septic drainfields and through a confining layer to access a new aquifer not subject to e. coli (and maybe no nitrates) or2. drill new well into shallow aquifer using proper construction standards >100 separation from pasture or septic drainfields3. if 1 or 2 wont work or some variation of 1 or 2 then revert to well in current use and consider applying surface water treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Gary to call DWS and send documents to state DWS in Portland. | ||
