| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 4/5/16. Spoke with Howard. The chlorine residual was measured at 0.4 mg/l in the sample. Howard noted this was a new sample site. Reviewed follow-up sample requirements for three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect required repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results. | ||
