| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3/16/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator. I let him know to take a source sample at well head & 3 repeats in the distribution system. He said hed call the lab & be sure to get the sampling done. I also reminded him to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution system in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up & respond as necessary. | ||
