| Details: | SUMMARY: Deactivate Well #1 DETAILS: I spoke with Doris about the status of Well #1. Because the well is not serving the public, the emergency well needs to be inactivated since monitoring is triggering violations. Will deactivate the well and do special assessment sampling quarterly to monitor the inactive well. Will send Inventory Change form to OHA DWS. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
