| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Colorado Lake Coop recently had a new well built and is looking for assistance on connection and treatment options. The Coop reached out to the circuit rider for assistance on 6/11/20. The Coop reached back out to the Circuit Rider on November 13, 2020 for assistance in reviewing logs and construction details from their recently drilled well. Assistance Provided: The Circuit Rider reviewed the well logs and construction details. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available for further assistance if needed.
