| Details: | SUMMARY: SD-15-87 Capacity Assessment DETAILS: Completed an on-site SRF Capacity Assessment for the Wickiup Water District for SD-15-87 Water Distribution System Improvements project. I identified 1 deficiency to be corrected prior to the project, 6 to be corrected as loan conditions, and 4 to be resolved outside of this SRLF project due to the scope and nature of the deficiencies. See letter dated 4-13-16 detailing the deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to work on correcting deficiencies outlined in 4-13-16 letter. | ||
