Details:	SUMMARY: Technical Consultation - TCR Violation DETAILS: Mr. Simmons contacted us via e-mail. He asked: “…I received a notice of a reporting violation in the mail today and when I went to the violations website it showed that a sample wasn’t done in February. I’m confused by this because samples were done in January and my understanding was that this system reports on a quarterly basis. From our earlier emails my understanding was that I could draw a water sample for a Coliform test in April at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. Please let me know if I’m mistaken and I will do my best to fix it..."We responded via phone. We explained that the violation occurred because the previous operator failed to collect temporary routine samples during the month following the Coliform MCL. We advised Mr. Simmons to not worry about the violation-- we intend to move forward now that the system is under new ownership. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a TCR test sample during the 2nd calendar quarter (4/1/16 - 6/30/16).
