| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Two of the 4 repeat samples are +TC. Matt contacted me and said they are suspicious that the reservoir needs to be cleaned. They have recently installed a VFD so they can now bypass the reservoir and pressure the system directly from the well. They are working on getting a tank cleaning crew out to clean the tank in the next few weeks. They also found a leaky clay valve that is going to be serviced or replaced. I told Matt if he thinks it is going to take more than 90 days (by June) to resolve the +TC detections, he will need to contact me with a proposed compliance schedule. I also reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples in April and keep their public notice updated monthly. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on progress and routine samples. | ||
