Details: SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: COLI12083 and 12095System had TC+ routine on 9/10 and one of 4 routines positive 9/11. Spoke with Rons daughter and Teresa at lab and they flushed the system (no chlorine) and took 2 verification samples Friday 9/13, both absent. No public notice was sent out as problem was corrected so quickly. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines during the month of October. Review public notice requirements.
