| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Mike has been pH testing the system and sending out samples for lead/copper testing per OHA guidelines. Assistance Provided: Mike Johnson of JCWA obtained a suitable pH meter and tested pH over a period of several weeks both at the treatment plant and at individual residences. Mike found the pH to be quite consistent across all sample site and averaged 7.6 to 7.7. Circuit Rider has corresponded with Mike over the past few months in regards to the copper issue, sampling and his ongoing operations at JCWA.
