| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert ID: COLI15310 - A Routine Sample Collected on 3-7-16 DETAILS: A routine sample collected on 3-7-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Ted and advised him to collect a triggered source and four distribution repeat samples. I added that the RCTR goes into effect on 4-1-16 and that I have thus far not received clarification from DWS regarding the number of samples required in April. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
