| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLI 15305 - Four Temp Routine Samples Collected on 3-4-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 3-7-16 --- Three temp routine samples collected on 3-4-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Ron today: informed him that a triggered source sample needs to be collected today and a public notice issued and a copy sent to DWS. I added that given the RCTR is going into effect on 4-1-16 I didnt know how many samples DWS would be looking for in April, so I told Ron that I would let him know if I hear back from DWS.3-9-16 --- Ron called to inform me the triggered source sample came back TC+ and that he would be shock chlorinating the water system.
