| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLI 15363 - A Routine Sample Collected 3-24-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: Spoke with Peggy regarding the 3-24-16 TC+ sample. She says the chlorine reservoir was empty. I informed her that a triggered well sample and four distribution samples are due today, along with three (temp) routines in April (RTCR takes effect 4-1-16). ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
