| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System had collected their quarterly bacteria sample on 4/12/16. The positive total coliform result was received on 4/15/16. I called the system on 4/18 and the lab had already taken the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample to be taken (4/18/16). 3 routine samples are due in May 2016. Further action based on results. | ||
