| Details: | SUMMARY: TC MCL for April 2016 (L1) DETAILS: Lab had collected the 3 repeat samples but no source sample. I called the lab and she was getting the source sample collected on 4/21/16. After the initial positive on 4/12, the system changed the water filter (on 4/15). The repeat samples were collected on 4/18/16. This now triggers a level 1 assessment. An assessment form was emailed to the system to fill out. This form is to be returned to DWS within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out L1 form and return to DWS. 3 temporary routine samples are due in May 2016. System to look into possible sources of contamination. | ||
