| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System collected their regular monthly routine sample on 03/23/16. Positive sample result was received on 03/25/16. I spoke with the system on 3/28/16. System was using their spring which, this time of year, can be problematic. Follow up samples detailed below. ACTION NEEDED: System needs 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample from each active source. Further actions will be based on the results. | ||
