| Details: | SUMMARY: TC MCL March 2016 DETAILS: The system had turned out the spring source and took triggered source samples from the wells. There is an unknown as to the isolation and guarantee of no cross contamination that makes these samples questionable. The system also did not collect the 3 repeat distribution samples as required. System was told to take the follow up repeat samples on 4/6/16 and see how they turn out. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and try to get a triggered source sample from the spring. Following actions will be based on the results. | ||
