| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL vio for March 2016 DETAILS: System had collected 3 repeat samples and 2 triggered source samples on 4/6/16. All came back positive for total coliform. System was told they needed to post a public notice. Due to the RTCR rule starting April 1, 2016 - follow up sampling is in a grey area. Spoke with the system and they were going to perform a low dose chlorine flush through the system and then take follow up samples. A copy of the public notice issued to the customers on the water system is to be submitted to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Send copy of public notice in to DWS. System could follow up with additional samples to ensure the total coliform bacteria has been cleaned out of the system. | ||
