| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC + routine sample DETAILS: System had collected one of its monthly routine samples at a designated location at the National Guard Armory. There was a 0.2 free chlorine residual. The system learned that the screen on the tap had been tightened to the point where the water system could not remove before collecting the sample. The sample was still collected at that location. System will look at replacing the location with an alternate in the same area so better control is kept of the sample locations. At the time of the positive, 2 of 5 of the wells were active at the time (Wells 3 and 5). ACTION NEEDED: System to take 3 repeat samples and triggered source samples from Wells 3 and 5. If a source sample was collected at the time of the positive, then it does not need to be retaken. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
