| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Spoke with Jim about the issues at the facility. He had already taken the follow up repeat samples before we got a chance to speak. A triggered source sample had not been collected at the time the repeats were taken. The system has had several MCL violations as of late. We discussed the new rule beginning April 1, 2016 and its potential to require treatment at the system. The system will look for possible contamination sources and investigate potential treatment options. ACTION NEEDED: Take a triggered source sample. 3 temporary routine samples will be needed in April. Further action will be based on results. | ||
