Details: SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Result During Monthly Testing. Firm to Collect 3 RP and 1 AS Sample Within 72 Hours and 3 routine Samples During the Month of April DETAILS: Above stated sampling regimen is based on the assumption that all samples come back negative. In the event that a repeat or routine sample comes back positive, further sampling will be required. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 Repeat samples and 1 Assessment sample within 72 hours and then collect 3 routine samples during the month of April (3 as per the Revised Monitoring requirements).
