| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Corrective Action DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Roos-Franklin because I have not received written verification that the chlorine residual is being measured and recorded at the required frequency and the date the corrective action was made since my previous contact with her on 3-15-16.The water system is not on an approved schedule for correction. She informed me that she heard the chlorine residual is being measured and recorded, but does not know the frequency or date the corrective action was made. She will look into the matter and contact me on 3-22-2016. ACTION NEEDED: Provide written verification that the chlorine residual is being measured and recorded at the required frequency and the date the corrective action was made, or be on an approved schedule for correction.
