| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The City of Myrtle Creek operates a treatment facility serving a population of 3,490 with 1,490 connections in Myrtle Creek Oregon. The water system provides surface water treatment from the source intake on the South Umpqua River. A Tracer Study was performed in June of 2020, but due to the system configuration and First User location, no Contact time could be established at that time. An additional tracer study was to be scheduled pending a revision with the location of the System’s First User. Due to water quality, it was decided that this second tracer study would be postponed until after the wet season. Assistance Provided: 1. 11-3-20 – 11-10-20 The Circuit Rider corresponded with the Water System to schedule an additional tracer study. The water system notified the Circuit Rider on 11-10-20 that the tracer study would be delayed due to water quality. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Due to the age of this Circuit Rider Task, this Circuit Rider effort will be closed, and a new Circuit Rider task opened at a later date.
