| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System reported a routine annual nitrate result of 5.12 with an MCL of 10 MG/L. Rule requires quarterly nitrate monitoring, for four consecutive quarters, at greater than half the MCL. Stephanie Jensen stated the system will sample quarterly for four consecutive quarters. System may then return to annual monitoring based on quarter results. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor nitrate for four consecutive quarters then reevaluate. | ||
