| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 2/23/2016 Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Talked to Ben Cox, OPRD HB Van Duzer State Park, about a routine sample taken 2/23/2016 that was positive for coliform bacteria. Ben will follow the coliform sampling plan and take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered well head sample ASAP. If any repeat samples are positive, he will do public notice and correct the problem.He will take 5 temporary routine samples in March 2016. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
