| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiency Follow-up DETAILS: Water system provided 2014 Nitrate sample and fourth quarter coliform test. The reservoir is now watertight. ACTION NEEDED: From my conversation with Mike Haverkate, he has agreed to have a lock box on the well house to secure reservoir within 14 days. Within 30 days Mr. Haverkate has agreed to submit the plan review, create a coliform sampling plan, create an operations and maintenance manual and complete the Emergency Response Plan. Mr. Haverkate will contact me when these items are complete. | ||
