Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System operator emailed a picture of the screened vent that he installed on the wellhead. He also sent me a copy of the systems operation & maintenance manual. I sent the operator a copy of the ERP template. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work with operator to assist in completing ERP.
