| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: +TC, Repeat Sample DETAILS: We attempted to contact Mr. Nunn via phone at 4:45pm-- however, we were only able to reach his employee ‘Andrew’. We left the following message:Windance PWS must now conduct a ‘Level 1 Coliform Investigation’ and submit the results within 30 days to Hood River County Health Department.This message was also e-mailed to the operator on 4/7/16. ACTION NEEDED: The operator of Windance PWS shall conduct a Level 1 Coliform Investigation & implement necessary corrective action(s) within 30 days (by Friday, May 6th, 2016).The investigation report form shall be submitted to Hood River County Health Department within the above timeframe.Also, collect 3 ‘temporary routine’ TCR samples during the calendar month of April, 2016. Contact our office for additional information if the initial test result is ‘confirmed positive’. | ||
