| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System operator sent pictures of the secured lids on the reservoir. The operator also built a cover over the lids to further protect the lids from the weather. System operator is now taking chlorine residuals at least 2x per week. All significant deficiencies have been corrected from 6-23-16 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
