| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Sample - Repeats Needed DETAILS: After receiving notification of the Alert by e-mail from Carol Yoshida, I attempted to contact Sherri at Wine Country Farm B&B at about 4:00 PM on 04/06/2016. I was unable to connect with a human.On 04/07/2016 at about 9:00 AM I attempted to contact Sherri at Wine Country Farm B & B again, once again I was unable to connect with a human so I left a message on the answering machine that it was necessary for the system to take 4 confirmation samples this month, and 5 routine samples next month to make sure that the system did not have a bacterial problem in the well. ACTION NEEDED: 4 follow-up samples must be taken immediately, and 5 routine samples must be taken in the month of May to check for any bacterial contamination in the well. | ||
