| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: System had significant deficiencies noted during 8/12/14 survey. 1) No system control or easement around well - a recorded easement has been submitted and includes a 100 protective radius around the well and fencing to preclude livestock.2) Bolts were loose in pitless adapter cap - On Jan 15, 2015, operator Jody sumbitted a statement that John Farlow had tightened all the bolts and wellhead was not sealed.3) Un-abandoned well #1 withinin 100 of active well #3. Gene with Avion has this scheduled for legal abandonment by Abbas this summer. Will submit abandonment log when complete. ACTION NEEDED: Submit abandonment log for well #1. | ||
