Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 4/4/2016 Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Routine sample taken 4/4/2016 positive for total coliform.Called Patty Heringer about routine sample positive for total coliform. Patty will take 3 repeat samples and one from the well head. In May 2016 she will take 5 temporary routine samples from the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: If any samples are positive, she will do the self assessemnt.
