| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Mike and reminded him to take a triggered source sample and 3 repeat samples in the distribution. I also reminded him of the new RTCR and to follow up next month with the single routine sample (not 5 temp routines). We also discussed the Level 1 investigation that will be required if TC is confirmed. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sampling. | ||
