| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS All Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: WS was surveyed on 3/31/16. The only significant deficiency was the lack of a raw water sample tap at the well. Glen contacted me on 4/8/16 through email in response to the survey and included photos of the well head with a new sample tap installed. Please update SDWIS to show the date for correction for this deficiency (4/8/16). ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
