Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency Extension DETAILS: NSF chlorine deficiency - resolved. Operator is using NSF approved chlorine now.Operator had backflow devices tested at the end of 2015. Violation resolved.I am placing the system on a corrective action plan extending the deadline for the ERP to May 1st. ACTION NEEDED: None.
