Details:	I spoke with Melvin Olson about a required quarterly water sample for Toluene, for Cedar Tree Mobile Home Park. The water system's last toluene sample in Oregon DWS records was taken in December 2020. Melvin said that a first quarter Toluene water sample was collected in January 2021, and that all the samples have been going through Alexin Analytical lab. Update: I spoke with a representative at Alexin Analytical lab and she says the most recent Toluene sample they have documented for Cedar Tree MHP was from December 2020. Therefore, the first quarter 2021 toluene missed sample violation is valid at this time.
