| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Draft Bilateral Compliance Agreement DETAILS: Spoke with Joe regarding the draft bilateral compliance agreement (BCA). Reviewed the list of required activites and timelines to lower the nitrate concentrations so they are consistently below the maximum contaminant level, and to designate a Direct Responsible Charge operator. Discussed possibility of calling on the circuit rider. ACTION NEEDED: BCA to be signed, corrective actions to be taken to lower nitrate concentrations, and an operator for the system to be designated. | ||
