Details:	SUMMARY: De-activating system - Connection to Crystal Springs WD DETAILS: On 4/27/16, I, together with Hood River County Env Health, verified that domestic water to all of the premises (two shops and three permanent RVs) have been physically disconnected from the water systems spring source. The premises are now being served by Crystal Springs Water District #00386. I explained to Gene today that the Administrative Settlement between DWS and the water system has been closed as the system has met the requirements of the document. As the premises do not meet the definition of a public water system, I explained to Gene that the system will be de-activated and no longer be a public sysetm. ACTION NEEDED: Nate Arthurs RV Park will contact Hood River County Environmental Health in the event the park meets the population or connection requirements of a public water system due to increased operations in the future.
