Details:	05.12.21 - The old treatment pump that caused the turbidity issues was replaced. The new treatment pump has been in operation since the end of March 2021 without any issues. SWT report for April shows turbidity level back to normal. Boil water notice and Tier 2 advisory lifted. 04.23.21 - Jesse informed me that a Tier 2 public notice will be posted today. He will email me a copy of the notice later today. Jesse also informed me that on December 18, when their pump failed, a boil water notice was posted. I clarified that this notice is not a regulatory requirement at this time. Posting a boil water notice is a step taken out of an abundance of caution. I emailed a copy of the Boil water notice to DWS compliance. 04.15.21 - late turbidity reports for the months of Dec 2020 through Feb 2021: I spoke with Mr. Reigart over the phone today. One of their pumps failed and had to be replaced. Things are back to normal. Next steps: Operator was instructed to post a Tier 2 public notice. Notice should remain posted for at least 7 days. A template of the Tier 2 notice was provided via email. He was told to email me a copy of the notice with the date it was posted.
