Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Operator sent pictures of the sealed holes in the reservoir & the storage adjacent to the well head. All setback items have been removed from the storage room. All deficiencies have been resolved from the 8-26-15. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
