| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up After ecoli DETAILS: 4/12/16 field visit to do Level 2 investigation (see Level 2 for more info). After shock lines flushed. Septic issues repaired. Special samples taken late on 4/12/16. Results of specials all ND. System okay to open Friday. I asked Chris to take a couple more specials next week as well. We will be requiring the system to take monthly source samples as well. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
