| Details: | SUMMARY: Triggered Sample Non-alert DETAILS: I spoke with the park manager, DuWayne, and he informed me that only Well #1 was in use at the time and he took a triggered sample from it and 3 repeats in the distribution. The distribution samples were good but the triggered sample was +TC. I informed DuWayne that he must take 3 routine samples in May in the distribution. A L1 investigation does not need to be done at this point. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine samples in May. | ||
