| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC - Prioritiy Non-Complier DETAILS: Nitrate sample has not been received by the state. Talked with Rey, the lab sent him documentation on the sample and of the results. The lab who had taken their sample had been done by Test America back in September 2015. As of this year, this lab has lost their accredidation, which should not have any effect on their sample and their test results. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
