| Details: | SUMMARY: Called Contact and they are Working with Analytical to take Repeat Samples Accordingly for May and Beginning Level 1 Investigation DETAILS: Spoke with Glenn Thompson and he stated they will re-check protocol for sampling procedures and follow plan for repeats for May. They will also continue training staff for sampling procedures and open a Level 1 investigation asap. ACTION NEEDED: They will collect 3 more samples in the distribution for May and perform a Level 1 Investigation in the next 30 days. | ||
